TESLİMAT KOŞULLARI

Tüm ürünlerimiz sipariş aşamasından sonra ki ilk iş günü üretime alınır ve maksimum 6 iş günü içinde kargolanır.

Siparişler kargolandığında, MNG Kargo'dan takip numarası SMS olarak tarafınıza iletilecektir. Takip numarasını buradan kullanarak ürününüzü takip edebilirsiniz.

Kargoya verildikten sonra teslim süresi 1-3 iş günüdür. Hafta sonları ve resmi tatillerde verilen siparişler, bir sonraki iş günü işleme alınır.

Firmamız MNG Kargo ile anlaşmalıdır. Evmila, gerekli gördüğü durumlarda kargo firmasını değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar.

Açık adres, vergi kimlik numarası ve sabit telefon gibi bilgilerin doğru verilmesi teslimatın sağlıklı yapılması için gereklidir.

Alıcı hatası nedeniyle yanlış siparişlerde doğacak kargo masrafları alıcıya aittir.

Teslimat, sadece kimlik ibrazı karşılığında yapılır. Müşteri adreste bulunmazsa, kimliğiyle bölgesindeki kargo şubesinden teslim alabilir.

Stoğu tükenmiş veya özel üretim ürünlerde teslimat süresi bildirilecektir ve bu süre 20 iş gününü geçemez.

İPTAL VE İADE KOŞULLARI

1. Sipariş kuryeye verilene kadar iptal edilebilir. Kuryeye verilen ürünlerin iptali kargo ücreti düşülerek yapılır.

2. Ürün kuryeye teslim edildikten sonra 7 gün içinde iade edilebilir, ancak ürün kullanılmamış ve ambalajı zarar görmemiş olmalıdır.

3. İade ürünler orijinal ambalajında, eksiksiz ve hasarsız olmalı, kargo sırasında oluşacak hasarlardan müşteri sorumludur.

4. İade ürün faturası ve diğer gerekli belgeler ile birlikte gönderilmelidir.

5. Kredi kartı ile ödenen siparişlerin iadeleri aynı karta, kapıda ödemelerde ise banka hesabına yapılır. İade süresi maksimum 20 gündür.

6. İade edilen ürünlerin kargo masrafları iade tutarından düşülür. Kapıda ödeme ile alınan ürünlerde ekstra masraflar da düşülür.

7. İade talebi ürün incelendikten sonra onaylanır veya reddedilir. MNG Kargo dışındaki gönderiler kabul edilmez.

8. İadesi kabul edilmeyen ürünler: kişiye özel üretilen, hasar görmüş, deforme olmuş ürünler.

9. İade veya değişimde ürün fiyatı sipariş anındaki fiyattır. İade hakkı her sipariş için bir kez geçerlidir.
